HDSL is building India’s next-generation Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform — an AI-native marketplace serving agriculture, construction, mining, solar, infrastructure, insurance, and enterprise operations.

• Extreme automation across platform operations and internal workflows
• AI-native execution powered by intelligent autonomous systems
• Scale through AI agents instead of large operational teams
• Build AI systems for support, sales, marketing, operations, dispatch, QA, analytics, and documentation
• Develop the agentic AI infrastructure powering HDSL’s platform and operations

You will architect and deploy production-grade AI agents including:

• AI Customer Support Agents (voice & chat)

• AI Sales & Outreach Automation

• AI Marketing & Content Agents

• AI Coding & QA Automation

• AI Dispatch & Operations Agents

• AI Analytics & Reporting Systems

• AI Documentation Workflows

• Vertical AI systems for agriculture, mapping, inspection, and intelligence Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent AI systems with orchestration, retries, fallback handling, and observability
• Integrate AI agents with FastAPI, Flutter apps, AWS infrastructure, and external APIs
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and AI memory workflows
• Implement AI-powered QA, DevOps monitoring, and automation pipelines
• Optimize prompts, context management, reliability, latency, and AI operational cost
• Build scalable AI workflows for real-world operational usage

• AI & Agentic Systems
  • Claude API, OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Function Calling, RAG
• Backend & Infra
  • Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, pgvector, AWS Lambda/ECS, Docker, GitHub Actions
• Integrations
  • Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Clay.com, Razorpay, Exotel, DroneDeploy, Agromonitoring

• Strong experience building production AI/LLM systems
• Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI orchestration
• Strong Python + FastAPI skills
• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• AWS deployment experience
• Ability to ship fast in startup environments

• Voice AI experience
• AI copilots or autonomous workflow systems
• Marketplace, DroneTech, or geospatial platform experience

• You won’t be building demo chatbots
• Build AI systems used by farmers, drone operators, enterprise clients, and operations teams
• Work on real-world applied AI and DroneTech platforms at production scale
